Flood in Richmond, Vermont

My husband and I recently moved from a beautiful small town in Vermont on the Winooski River called Richmond to San Francisco. The night before we had planned to move, we were evacuated from our house. We spent the night with friends on higher ground. When we returned the next morning, we were shocked to see the damage. All the houses were underwater and our street had become a raging river. We lived in front of the farm my husband was working on and it was hit hard. Jericho Settlers farm lost many animals and vegetables. Below are photographs from the flood of our neighborhood and the farm.
